ORDERING ö For Telephone ordering, please call 865-429-8838 Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST. Telephone orders are charged at time of shipment. Muscle Rides, LLC accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Orders paid by credit card will be shipped immediately unless products are backordered. Orders purchased by money order, certified check, personal check or company checks will be held pending clearance. There will be a $25.00 service charge on any returned checks. Stop payment will constitute legal action and/or collection. We do not ship C.O.D. Refused or undeliverable orders will result in prepayment on all future orders and may result in billing customer for freight both ways.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS ö Muscle Rides, LLC reserves the right to change all prices, terms, specifications and other information without notice. Please call or write us if you have any questions or you feel there is a discrepancy.

SALES TAX ö TN residents will be charged the appropriate state sales tax, which will be calculated the time of order.

SHIPPING ö We use United Parcel Service (UPS) in most cases. United Parcel Service will not ship to a Post Office Box. Shipping and handling charges are included on all orders. We do offer Priority Mail to our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and to APO/FPO addresses. Contact us for rates to these destinations.

WARRANTY ö Muscle Rides, LLC products are guaranteed for 90 days from date of purchase, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee is void in the event of misuse, modification or neglect.

RETURN POLICY ö Any items returned for exchange or refund must be in NEW/UNUSED and resalable condition and in their original packaging. Prior to return, you must call Muscle Rides, LLC to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). This RGA# must be written clearly on the outside of the package. A copy of the original invoice must accompany ALL returns. Items returned without the proper RGA# will be refused. Return orders shipped C.O.D. will be refused. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the item was deemed defective or shipped due to our error. A 10% restocking charge may be applied to all returned items ordered incorrectly. SHIPPING DAMAGE ö If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact Muscle Rides, LLC at 865-429-8838. We will report the damage to the shipper. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to Muscle Rides, LLC.
